Janice C. Morse - test
President and CEO
Jan was appointed President and CEO in 2011. Previously she was Executive Vice President/Treasurer which she held from 2006 until March of 2011and has 35 years of service with the bank. During her career, she has held several positions within the bank including Vice President/Treasurer, Treasurer, Vice Treasurer, Branch Manager, and Customer Service Representative. Her responsibilities include; investment portfolio management, cash management, regulatory and financial report preparation, budgetary management, asset/liability management and oversight of the Newburyport Bank's Charitable Foundation. Her community activity includes serving as Trustee and Chair of the Anna Jacques Hospital's Audit Committee and she is a Trustee of the Frank L. Currier Charitable Foundation. Jan received her B.S. from the University of Massachusetts and is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Financial Studies and National School of Banking at Fairfield University.
Marc A. MacBurnie
Executive Vice President
Marc was appointed Executive Vice President in 2011. Prior to this Marc held the position of Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending and has 33 years of banking experience. Previously, Marc served as Vice President at First & Ocean National Bank and Assistant Vice President at Northeast National Bank. Marc oversees all aspects of commercial lending, including originating and underwriting larger commercial loans. His community involvement activity includes serving as a Corporator Anna Jacques Hospital, Trustee Anna Jacques Hospital Charitable Foundation, Co-Chair Anna Jacques Business Partnership, and serves on the Amesbury Education Foundation Advisory Board. Marc is a graduate of the New England School of Banking at Williams College, American Institute of Banking, the National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma, and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado.

Timothy L. Felter
Senior Vice President/Treasurer
Prior to joining the bank in March of 2011, Tim served as the CFO/Treasurer and Senior Vice President at the First National Bank of Ipswich. His responsibilities included all aspects of the financial operations including financial and tax reporting, investment portfolio management, shareholder relations, asset/liability management, and insurance. His extensive banking and financial management experience also includes holding several senior management positions at Riverbank, Shawmut Bank, N.A., and Pioneer Financial, a Cooperative Bank, as well as working as an Auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co. Tim received his B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Tim and his family reside in Andover. He also spends time in the community including serving as the Council President for the Yankee Clipper Council/Boy Scouts of America in Haverhill, MA.

Scott A. Eaton
Senior Vice President
Scott was appointed Senior Vice President in 2011. Prior to this Scott held the position of Vice President, Commercial Lending and has over 12 years of service with the bank. During his career, Scott has held several positions including, Assistant Vice President Commercial Lending, Commercial Loan Officer, and Teller. His daily responsibilities include business development, loan origination and customer relationship management within the commercial lending department. Scott is also active within the community serving as a Board Member of Newburyport Education Business Coalition (NEBC), Newburyport Literary Association, Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Salvation Army Advisory Board and is a member of the Rotary Club of Newburyport. Scott received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and is a graduate of the Massachusetts State Banking School and ACB National School of Banking.

Kimberley Foulkes
Senior Vice President
Kim was appointed Senior Vice President in 2011. Prior to this Kim held the position of Vice President, Residential Lending and has over 25 years of service with the Bank. During her career, Kim has held several positions, including, Assistant Vice President Residential Lending, Assistant Treasurer, Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Teller. Kim oversees the bank's residential and consumer lending operations, including originating and underwriting a wide variety of loan products. Kim has served as the bank's Community Reinvestment Officer (CRA) since 2006. Past and present community involvement activities include Salisbury Baseball/Softball League Treasurer, Triton Education Foundation Board Member, Newburyport YMCA and Affordable Housing Board Member, and Jumpstart Program Board Member. Kim is a graduate of Westfield State College, Massachusetts School of Financial Studies at Babson College and the National School of Banking at Fairfield University.

Susan Ballard
Vice President
Susan was appointed Vice President in 2011. Prior to this Susan held the position of Assistant Vice President, Lending Department and has over 27 years of service with the bank. During her tenure, Susan held several positions including Loan Department Manager, Data Processing Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, and Teller. Susan currently serves as the bank's Lending Compliance Officer as well as Loan Department Manager, overseeing the daily operations of the mortgage and loan processing and administration of loan origination software. Susan holds a degree in Business Management and is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies.

Karen Baptiste
Vice President
With over 22 years of service with the Bank, Karen was appointed Vice President in 2011. Prior to this Karen held the position of AssistantVice Presidentand has served as the bank's Compliance Officer since 2005. During her career, she held several positions including Assistant Treasurer, Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Representative, and Teller. Karen currently serves as the Bank's Compliance/BSA Officer and Training Director. She is active in the community, serving as Treasurer for the Amesbury Improvement Association and volunteering with the Amesbury Chamber of Commerce and Our Neighbors' Table. Karen received her B.A. in History and Education from Emmanuel College and is a graduate of the New England School of Banking and ABA Graduate School of Banking.

Sandra Licciardo
Vice President
Sandy was appointed Vice President in2011. Prior to this Sandy held the positionof Vice Treasurer and has over 24 years of service with the bank. During her career, she held several positions including Assistant Treasurer/Finance Department, Assistant Branch Manager, and Teller. Current responsibilities include assisting in the administration of the bank's Accounting and Finance Departments. Sandy's community involvement includes volunteering for many local non-profit organizations as well as serving as a "Spirit of Giving" team leader devoting much of her free time to employee funded charitable campaigns throughout the year. Sandy attended Central Connecticut State College, Northern Essex Community College, Mass. American Institute of Banking, and is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Financial Studies at Babson College.

Kellie Wood
Vice President, Computer Services
Kellie joined the Bank in 1986 and has over 26 years of service with the Bank. During her career Kellie held several positions including Computer Services Manager, Collateral Loan Administrator, and Teller. Currently she manages the Bank's mainframe system; overseeing day and night operations, hardware and software maintenance and upgrades. Kellie is active in the community serving as an Elk's Trustee and volunteering with both the Salvation Army and Pettengill House. Kellie has a B.A. degree in Business Management from Salem State College.

Keri A. Sullivan
Vice President, Retail Banking
Keri was appointed Vice President Retail/Operations in 2012 and has over 13 years of service with the Bank. During her tenure, she has held several positions including Assistant Vice President Information Technology 2008 – 2012, Network Administrator, Network Support Assistant, Online Banking Manager, and Teller. Keri oversees the day-to-day operations and oversight of the bank’s branch and retail banking operations. She also serves as the bank’s Information Security Officer. Keri's community involvement includes volunteering for Salvation Army, Newburyport Education Foundation, Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center's Walk Against Violence, Newburyport PTO and Our Neighbors' Table. Keri also serves on the Board of the Newburyport Youth Hockey League. Keri attended Northeastern University for Business Management and has since completed extensive technical training to support bank systems.
Peter Matthews
Assistant Vice President
Peter joined the bank in 2010 and serves as Assistant Vice President and Senior Residential Loan Officer. In 2004, Peter joined the Institution for Savings, also based in Newburyport, as a Mortgage Loan Officer. He then moved on to become the Director of Business Development. Prior to this, Peter worked for seven years as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Business Development Officer for First & Ocean Bank, (Now TD Bank), also based in Newburyport. Earlier in his career, he spent 18 years with North Shore Bank and held several different management and customer service positions. Peter is a graduate of Bradford College and has completed several banking, finance and marketing courses. Active within the community, he is a Corporator at the Anna Jaques Hospital. Peter is a member of the Newburyport Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the Greater Newburyport Board of Realtors.

Scott Terry
Assistant Vice President,Commercial Lending
Scott was appointed Assistant Vice President in 2007 and has over 21 years in banking. Prior to joining the Newburyport Bank, Scott served as a Vice President at the First & Ocean Bank, and Banknorth, N.A. Currently, Scott manages commercial and residential lending for the bank's two Amesbury branches. He is a member of the Amesbury Rotary Club, serves on the board of the Amesbury Chamber of Commerce, a is a frequent volunteer at Our Neighbors' Table. Scott received his B.S. in Computer Science from Franklin Pierce College and is a graduate of the IBAA Graduate School of Banking.

Lynne Carter
Corporate Clerk/Human Resource Director
Lynne having over 21 years of service with the Bank, was appointed Human Resources Director and Clerk of the Corporation in 2006. During her tenure, she worked as both a HR Assistant and Teller. Currently, Lynne oversees all aspects of Human Resources including, payroll, benefits and employee management. Her Corporate Clerk responsibilities include attendance and minutes of quarterly bank meetings, management of bank policies and serving as the Executive Assistant to the bank's President and CEO. Lynne's community involvement includes volunteering for Our Neighbors' Table and participating in the annual Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center's Walk Against Violence.
