Q - How do I access Online Banking?
A - Simply click on "Enroll" and complete the printable application. Your application can be mailed, faxed, or dropped off at any of our Branch Locations.

Q - What is my Customer ID?
A - Your Customer ID is a 6 - 20 character combination comprised of letters, numbers, and symbols. You create a unique Customer ID during your initial logon.

Q - What is my Password?
A - Your Password was created during your initial Online Banking setup. You can change this password at anytime by accessing User Options within Online Banking. If you cannot remember your password, you must call the Bank during normal business hours to reset your account.

Q - What happens if I forget my Password or lockout my account?
A - For security reasons, three invalid login attempts will lock your Online Banking account. You can access the "Forgot Password" feature to reset your password by receiving a One Time Passcode to verify identity.

Q - How frequently is my Newburyport Bank information updated?
A - Your account information is provided in "real time" which reflects the most up to date information available.

Q - Can I look at all of my transactions at any time?
A - Yes, with Online Banking, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Up to 3 months of history is available to you.

Q - Can I print information from online banking?
A - Yes. Many screens have a "Printer Friendly" button.

Q - How do I know if I am in a secure site?
A - You can tell by looking at the address of the site. If it is a secure site the "http" will be followed by an "s." Also, a padlock will show in the bottom bar of the window.
